Judge Oki DENIED Jeremy Wyatt LeClair' aka Jeremy LeClair's name change to Jeremy Wyatt on August 15th, 2018.
On June 12th, 2018 LeClair signed a petition in California to change his name from Jeremy Wyatt LeClair to Jeremy Wyatt the same day he filed a $63 Million Bankruptcy in North Carolina.
LeClair has two outstanding fraud judgments in California for over $710,000 where no restitution has been made so far. Click here for details.
LeClair currently is being sued in NC Federal and State Court for Fraud, Conversion, Voidable Conveyance, Negligence, Negligent Misrepresentation, Breach of Contract, , Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices in two separate lawsuits for millions of dollars.

His stated reason for the name change is LeClair claims he's known professionally as Jeremy Wyatt.
Jeremy Wyatt name change hearing held on August, 15th 8:30 A.M was heard and the Judge DENIED his petition.
Hearing was set for Wednesday, August 15th, 2018 to determine if the California Superior Court grant his name change petition
PLEASE NOTE: Objections to the name change petition have been filed with the California court by a creditor of Jeremy Wyatt LeClair who has a $590,000 fraud judgment against him.
According to the filed objection the creditor believes that LeClair is attempting to defraud creditors listed in his bankruptcy.
The IRS etc....and GEA Inc. and its principals are listed creditors in said bankruptcy.
LeClair responded to the objection, prior to the hearing, and was subsequently denied by Judge Oki his proposed name change. Judge's order forthcoming.
