The proprietary database, residing in its Salesforce account since 2014, is the exclusive property of GEA Inc. as confirmed by numerous court orders.
All work processes, work flow etc.. residing in the SalesForce account is also the exclusive Intellectual Property of GEA Inc.
In a hearing November 9th, 2016 Judge Levinson confirmed that GEA Inc was the exclusive owner of the database. Judge Levinson subsequently signed a court order confirming this finding of fact.
On May 15, 2018 the North Carolina Court of Appeals stated that one of the three keys to GEA's successes was its database which was residing in a Salesforce account in the name of GEA Inc.

This extensive database, culled over nearly 18 years at great expense to its owners, was considered the "crown jewel" of GEA Inc.'s Intellectual Property and was entrusted with Salesforce for safekeeping.
Let us be clear.
GEA Inc. will seek all legal remedies to the full extent of the law against anyone who markets, transfers, duplicates, transfers ownership, clones, alters or accesses its database without GEA Inc' express, written permission.

In November 2016 our exclusive ownership was confirmed by Judge Levinson of the Mecklenburg Superior Court, in North Carolina, in a court decision as well.
On November 29th, 2016 Judge Evans issued an order prohibiting access, transfer etc of GEA Inc's database.
